How do you define the market you compete in and what does a customer think they’re buying from you?
Our mission is to eliminate the underwriting tax on American small businesses. What is that? An American small business is heterogeneous and hard to standardize, so generally that means you need a person to look at information about the small business and come to an assessment about the risk that small business presents.
